The encoding process is described below:
1. A 12 minute source video file is split into 2 identical 720p HDMI signals and fed on a continuous loop into 2 separate encoders.
2. Both encoders are running on 3GHz 8 core Mac Pros dedicated to encoding only. The HDMI signal is captured using Black Magic Intensity Pro capture cards.
3. The latest versions of encoding software are being used, the recommended settings to produce 720pHD at 2Mbps and 25 fps are selected on both encoders.

4. Both WebCasts are uploaded to Limelight Networks over a dedicated 10 Mbps connection for efficient distribution.
5. The Vividas WebCast is encoded and distributed over HTTP. The Flash WebCast is encoded and distributed over RTSP
